Self check-in

These regulations are brought to the knowledge of the Clients upon arrival and are posted outside the restrooms. The act of entering the campground is its unreserved acceptance by the Client.

1. Management permission is required for entry to the campground;
2. Entry/exit times : entry: from 11:00 am, exit: by 10:30 am. After this time, the Client will be required to pay for the stay of the day of departure as well.
3. Upon arrival, each person must surrender a valid ID card to the reception office for the records required by law (non-compliance constitutes a violation of penal code regulations);
4. Minors not accompanied by an adult who is legally responsible for them are not allowed to enter;
5. The access and presence of unauthorized persons at the campsite results in the violation of the Public Security Regulations, Article 614 P.C. (trespassing), Article 633 P.C. (invasion of land and buildings), Article 624 P.C. (theft of services) and the crime of contract fraud.
6. Entry and exit from the campground is allowed only through the designated entrances; climbing over the perimeter fences of the campground is strictly prohibited.
7. The establishment of more than one crew per pitch is strictly prohibited.
8. Pitches are assigned by the management and are peremptory, unauthorized movement is forbidden; in case of justified business needs, it may be imposed to move housing vehicles to another pitch.
9. All equipment must be neatly placed within the boundaries of the pitch; vehicles must be parked within the boundaries of the pitch or where directed by management;
10. The installation of accessory structures to the main is prohibited unless authorized by management;
11. The electrical connection to the sockets, must be authorized by the management, and must have the safety characteristics defined by law such as: connection cable N1VVK(flame-retardant blue) of minimum sect. 3x1.5 mm. without junctions, external lamps cannot be installed unless they have IP65 protection rating, and all uses must have ground connection. Management accepts no responsibility for connections with defective cables or equipment;
12. Electricity is distributed with a maximum intensity of 6 amps;
13. It is absolutely forbidden to tamper with electrical systems in any way;
14. The water connection for water supply, must be authorized by the management, and must be made through its own quick coupler and special water hose for filling the jerry cans, and shall be removed when the operation is completed; all expenses shall be borne by the user;
15. Connection or discharge to the sewer system allowed for clear water only;
16. Use of the water connection is allowed only in the summer period;
17. Any abuse or mismanagement of the services service offered will result in the suspension of the service and the obligation to pay for the damage caused;
18. Management is in no way responsible for the service, connections and any damage to property and/or persons;
19. Wasting water and using it for washing vehicles is strictly prohibited;
20. Washing of dishes and clothing is allowed only inside the motorhomes/caravans/caravans.
21. In the winter period, snow will be cleared from the parking lot adjacent to the services under the restaurant and from the pedestrian way;
22. It is the responsibility of individual campers to clean the entrances to and roofs of the means of residence;
23. Civility and politeness are recommended in the use of restrooms.
24. The use of barbecues is not allowed during the period from May 1 to October 30. It is also not allowed to light fires or employ open flames;
25. Waste must be sorted (wet, glass, plastic, paper, cardboard and undifferentiated) and deposited in the appropriate bins located in the ecological area in front of the toilets. Bulky waste, metal, etc. will not be collected.
26. Access to the use of the swimming pool is defined in the appropriate regulation that is resent in the pool area.
27. Visitors: themanagement reserves the right to allow the entry of visitors and day guests with free short-term permits and consistent with the organizational needs of the accommodation complex; a subsequent extension of the stay must be authorized by the management and involves the payment of the stay according to the price list;
    Visitors may enter the campground only on foot and during the scheduled daytime hours;
    - Campsite guests are required to make sure that their guests have authorization from the management and are responsible for their behavior within the campground.
28. Adults are responsible for the behavior of their children, whose liveliness, education and need cannot be at the expense of the quiet, safety and hygiene of other guests;
29. In the restrooms, children must be accompanied by their parents;
30. Use of the playground and swimming pool by children is allowed only under adult supervision;
31. Management is not liable for any theft of items and valuables not entrusted and accepted for safekeeping;
32. The management is not liable for damages caused by other guests, force majeure, natural disasters, insects, domestic and/or wild animals, diseases and epidemics including of plants, or other causes not dependent on the negligence of the camp staff;
33. Any interruption of electricity, LPG, water supply, or any other service of the campground due to breakdown or force majeure does not commit Management to compensation for damages or refunds of any kind.
    Characteristics of the vehicles
34. Only self-contained overnight vehicles suitable for circulation may be parked inside the campground, according to the relevant regulations.
35. Expulsion, Removal, Interruption
    The management reserves the right to expel those who, in its judgment, contravene the regulations or, in any case, disturb the harmony and spirit of the receptive settlement, harm the smooth running of community life and the interests of the receptive complex without refunding the fees paid;
    - Customers who have already been expelled will not be allowed to enter the campground again without a new specific authorization from the management.
    - If at the expiration of the agreed period of stay the owner of the caravan or motorhome does not immediately remove the vehicle from the campsite, the owner of the accommodation facility shall be relieved of all responsibility for the safekeeping of the vehicle and may have it forcibly removed, charging the owner for the costs.
    - The stay is understood to be interrupted as of right due to force majeure events or by order of the authorities or any need for structural changes. In such cases, the camper shall be entitled to a refund only of the fees already paid relating to the period not enjoyed of camping to the exclusion of any other compensation.
    Variations
36. Any changes in the regulations will be announced by notice on the bulletin board and will be effective immediately.

Pets

Your 4-legged friends are welcome in our Farmhouse, in order not to cause discomfort to other Guests we ask you to respect the following regulations:

37. Animals are allowed on the pitches (maximum 1 animal per unit). For exceptions on the number will be at the discretion of the Management based also on the size of them.
38. The presence of animals must be reported compulsorily at the time of booking and arrival.
39. The entry of animals must be authorized by management.
40. A daily fee will be paid for each dog as per current rates.
41. Animals must be accompanied by identification papers (microchip) and/or health record booklet.
42. Dogs within the Agricamping must be kept on a short 150 cm leash at all times and always be in the company of the owner so they can never be left unattended at their own pitch.
43. Dog owners must ensure that their own animal does not encroach on the pitch or accommodation of others.
44. Dog breeds and animals deemed dangerous or reported as such by competent authorities are required to wear a muzzle in addition to a leash.
45. Owners are obliged to collect the physiological needs of their animals and ensure that they do not disturb other Guests of the Agricamping. It is the duty of the owners to ensure the utmost compliance with sanitation regulations during their animal's stay.
46. It is forbidden to bring animals into all common places such as Toilets, Swimming Pool, Reception for hygienic issues and out of respect for others.
47. Any damage done to third parties and the Agricamping facilities by animals is the full responsibility of the owner and must be compensated by the owner before departure.
