75 Gr di Burro
100 Gr di Zucchero
1 Uovo
150 Gr di Farina
1 cucchiaino di lievito
10 amaretti
albicocche sciroppate
lamelle di mandorle (facoltative)

In una planetaria lavorate a crema il burro con lo zucchero, aggiungete poi l’ uovo, la Farina e il lievito e formate un panetto morbido e liscio avvolgetelo in una pellicola e lasciatelo riposare 30 minuti in frigorifero.
Nel frattempo imburrate ed infarinate uno stampo per crostate di 24 cm; trascorsi 30 minuti, togliete la pasta frolla dal frigorifero. Trasferite il panetto su di un piano di lavoro leggermente infarinato, mettete da parte un pezzo di pasta frolla per le strisce, dopo di che con un mattarello stendete la pasta frolla dello spessore di circa 1 cm e foderate lo stampo per crostate.
Bucherellate il fondo e cospargetelo di amaretti sbriciolati.
