500 gr di Pasta Frolla
250 gr di confettura di Albicocche
250 gr di Ricotta
50 gr di Zucchero a velo

Procedimento:
Con l’aiuto di un mattarello Stendete un cerchio di pasta frolla sulla spianatoia infarinata e rivestite uno stampo per crostate da 24 centimetri di diametro, togliere la pasta in eccesso che userete poi per le strisce.
Bucherellate con una forchetta la base di pasta frolla, versate metà della confettura di albicocche poi la ricotta e nuovamente la confettura.
Ricoprire con le strisce messe da parte e infornate a 180° per 30/40 minuti circa.
A cottura ultimata tirate fuori dal forno e lasciate raffreddare prima di toglierla dallo stampo.
