Accendete il forno a 180°.
Dividete il panetto in cinque parti uguali, ottenendo così cinque panetti del peso di circa 250 gr.
Ponete il primo disco di sfoglia nella teglia, metteteci due cucchiai di confettura di mirtilli.
Prendete il quinto panetto, lasciatene un pò da parte per fare le strisce, con il rimanente impasto formate un cordone e ponetelo intorno alla torta premete delicatamente in modo che tutti i dischi si uniscano.
Stendete l’ultimo strato di confettura, mettete i mirtilli freschi e decorate con le striscioline.
Infornate per 1 ora circa.
Se a metà cottura vedete che scurisce copritela con carta forno e proseguite la cottura.

In un robot lavorare a crema il burro con lo zucchero, aggiungere poi le uova, la farina, il lievito e il timo.
Azionare il robot formando così un impasto sbricioloso.
Imburrate e infarinate una tortiera a cerniera e sbriciolate metà dell’impasto sul fondo, versate poi sullo stesso la marmellata ai lamponi Azienda Agricola Pietrangeli e ricoprire con l’altra metà dell’impasto sbriciolato.
Infornare a 180° per circa 40 minuti.
Servite con un’abbondante spolverata di zucchero a velo.

Fare bollire 50 ml di acqua con lo zucchero. Togliare dal fuoco, unire le mandorle tritate mescolare fino ad ottenere un composto omogeneo.
Lasciare riposare in frigo per almeno 1 ora.
Sciogliere il cioccolato a bagnomaria, nel frattempo riprendere la pasta di mandorle dal frigo e lavorandola unire un uovo alla volta, poi il cioccolato ormai fuso, la farina e il cacao e mescolare, infine aggiungere il burro fuso e mescolare fino ad ottenere un composto omogeneo.
Versarlo in uno stampo tondo, disponete poi i lamponi (lavati e asciugati) in modo uniforme su tutta la superficie della torta.
Cuocere in forno a 180° per 35/40 Minuti
